There’s no need to spend time adding all your favourite ingredients as our perfect oats recipe already includes chia seeds, flax seeds, as well as fruit and chocolate pieces*.
This incredibly convenient and versatile formulation is available in four delicious flavours - White Chocolate Strawberry, Apple Pie, Dark Chocolate Orange and Dark Chocolate Caramel.

Inulin
Inulin is a natural prebiotic which the body cannot digest and increases the amount of good bacteria in the gut by feeding it. This makes it a convenient, high-fibre supplement, which can promote gut health1.
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds
Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds contain plant-based protein as well as both soluble and insoluble fibre . Fibre is an important part of the diet, but many find that getting the recommended 30g per day can be difficult. As we mentioned earlier, oats are already rich in fibre, but adding flaxseeds and chia seeds into your already fibrous morning oats can bring you closer to reaching your fibre requirements for the day.

For porridge oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml milk/water, microwave for one minute and stir, then 30 seconds and stir, and then repeat until desired consistency is reached. For baked oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml in an oven-safe dish and then cook at 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6 for at least 20 minutes until desired consistency is reached. For overnight oats mix 2.5 scoops (100g) with 200ml milk/water and leave in the fridge overnight. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for vegetarians.
