Good for weight management
The meal replacement in Velvet Vanilla flavor tastes good and keeps me full for long hours. I have it to replace a meal per day and eat what I usually have. I stay active by running for 5km per day, about three days per week. I lost 3kg in less than a month! The powder is soluble in cold water, making the preparation easy for me. I bought the 2.5kg pack and I will continue consuming it and monitoring my slimming progress. I can't wait to try other flavors!
