What is Creastorm?
Creastorm is an advanced creatine formula that combines a number of ingredients. It contains 5g of Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®) which is world-renowned for its premium quality, purity and effectiveness. There is also 13g of dextrose, 800mg of L Glycine and Malic Acid, 50mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, 2g of D-ribose, 1.3g of Magnesium Citrate and 1g of Taurine.

Who is Creastorm Suitable for?
Creastorm is ideal for anyone taking part in short, explosive, high intensity exercise and is looking to increase creatine intake with the addition of a number of other key ingredients.
The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.

Creatine improves performance and explosive power†, and carbohydrates promote muscle recovery‡ so to reap the benefits of this product, add 2/3 of a large scoop (30g) to 200-300ml of water or juice in a Myprotein shaker before and/or after exercise. †Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. ‡Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.
